About Candice Grant

Hi! My name is Candice Grant and I’m deeply passionate about colors. I first discovered my love for colors while studying Graphic Design, and since then I’ve been exploring the beauty of acrylic colors through my abstract paintings. I strongly believe that colors have the power to inspire, evoke emotions, and transform spaces. Each of my paintings aims to inspire viewers to see the world from a different perspective, just as colors have inspired me.

Artist Statement

Candice uses colorful art to express herself during challenging times. Her paintings reflect her innermost thoughts and feelings, with each piece expressing a unique narrative. She prefers bold colors as they symbolize freedom from fear and shame. Candice believes that vibrant art can inspire and energize others, and her main goal is to spread positivity through her art, leaving viewers inspired. Abstract art is her passion, full of life and energy, bursting with color. She is an abstract artist who enjoys painting with acrylic.

Candice, her fiancé Dennis, and their Persian cat Mika live and work in Surrey, British Columbia. She is a graduate of Loyalist College in Graphic Design.
